Pets are not allowed at P&J's Cottage.  A pet fee of $500 will be assessed if pets are brought inside the unit.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed at P&J's cottage.  If evidence of smoking is found at checkout, an additional $500 smoking fee will be assessed.
